Quick Scan
5 days. Single AI engine. Get a written report on what's broken before you commit to anything bigger.
The Quick Scan is the lightest engagement I offer. Five business days, single AI engine of your choice (default: Google AI Overviews, where most clients are losing visibility first), and a written report on what's broken in your structured data and how AI engines are interpreting your entities.
Use the Quick Scan when you suspect the problem is structural but aren't sure. If the scan reveals a deeper issue, the $4,500 credits 100% toward an Audit within 30 days. No risk to escalate.
What's included
- Schema implementation review for top 5 templates
- Single AI engine visibility scan (your choice)
- Written 8-12 page report with findings + priorities
- Engineering effort estimate per finding
- 30-min Q&A call to walk through findings
What’s not included
- Multi-engine analysis (Audit scope)
- Crawl budget / Core Web Vitals review (Audit scope)
- Implementation work (Sprint scope)
What the Quick Scan actually consists of
Each line item below is its own deep-dive page. Open the ones that matter to your decision. Skip the rest.
- // component 01Top 5 template schema review
I pick your five highest-traffic or highest-revenue templates, extract the JSON-LD, and score it the way an AI engine would.
Read the deep-dive - // component 02Single AI engine visibility scan
Pick one AI engine. I run your priority queries, capture citation share, and show you what the engine actually says about you.
Read the deep-dive - // component 03Written 8-12 page report
A real written document, not slides. Findings, priorities, and engineering effort estimates in prose dense enough for an engineer to act on.
Read the deep-dive - // component 04Engineering effort estimates
Every finding gets a days-of-engineering estimate, so your team can decide what fits in a sprint and what needs scoping.

What if I don't know which engine to scan?
Default is Google AI Overviews. Most clients are losing AI search visibility there first. Other options: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini.
Does the Quick Scan replace the Audit?
No. Different tools. Quick Scan is single-engine triage to decide if the problem is structural enough to engage further. Audit is comprehensive (all engines, full schema graph, crawlability, performance) to scope what to actually ship.
Does the $4,500 credit if I move to an Audit?
Yes, 100%, within 30 days. The Quick Scan exists explicitly to lower the cost of triaging whether to engage. If it surfaces a real problem, you don't double-pay for the diagnostic.
Stop pouring budget into a broken foundation.
If your SEO retainer hasn’t compounded, your AI citations have stalled, or your last technical audit ended in a deck nobody read, that’s not a content problem. It’s an engineering problem. The same engineer who diagnoses ships the fix.
